  • Can we work together if I’m not based in Serbia?
    Absolutely. We work remotely with clients around the world — across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. We adapt to your timezone, language, and workflow.
  • How do you structure your pricing?
    Our services are modular. You can choose a package or build a custom scope. We offer flat-rate packages, monthly retainers, or one-time strategic engagements.
  • Do you only work with clients, or also with partners?
    We do both. In addition to working with startups and businesses directly, we also collaborate with agencies, consultants, and tech providers through our Partnership Network.
  • What’s the difference between the StartUp Essentials, Small Business Growth Accelerator, and ScaleUp Mastery?
    Each package is designed for a specific business stage: StartUp Essentials is for those launching or validating. Growth Accelerator supports early traction and brand building. ScaleUp Mastery is for mature businesses ready to scale globally, automate, or expand their service portfolio
  • Can I mix and match services from different packages?
    Yes. While each package is structured to provide full value, we often adapt deliverables to suit your exact needs, timeline, and budget.
  • How long does a project typically take?
    Startup Essentials takes 2–3 months to complete. Growth Accelerator usually spans 3–6 months, while ScaleUp Mastery can last 6+ months depending on scope.
  • Who works on my project?
    You work directly with our core team — no middlemen, no fluff. Depending on the scope, you may be working with a strategist, designer, content creator, or a growth expert — always coordinated through one lead contact.
  • Do you create content or only provide strategy?
    We do both. Most of our projects include strategic planning and hands-on execution — from copywriting and design to social media content and automation workflows. We adapt deliverables to suit your exact needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Which tools and platforms do you use?
    We work across ClickUp, Slack, Figma, Canva, Google Suite (Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, etc), HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Zapier, WordPress, Wix, MailChimp, and more. Our setup adapts to your preferred MarTech stack.
  • Do you use AI in your process?
    Yes — Responsibly. We integrate AI tools to speed up creative workflows, optimize campaigns, and support ideation, but every output is curated and refined by our team. Maximum collaboration efficiency is one of our key goals.
  • Do you provide website design as part of your service?
    Yes — especially as part of the StartUp Essentials and Growth Accelerator packages. We build in Wix or WordPress, depending on your goals and budget. More complex development solutions are also available upon request.
  • Can you manage only one platform, like Instagram or LinkedIn?
    Yes. We often manage single-channel content strategies, especially for early-stage businesses. However, we always recommend a multi-channel strategy in the long run.
  • When will I start seeing results?
